Tri-Cities Housing Market Gains Momentum With Strong March Sales Growth
The Tri-Cities housing market continued to show encouraging momentum in March, posting a 10.3% year-over-year increase in home sales across the nine-county region. According to data from the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors, the region recorded 641 closings for the month, reflecting broad-based activity across many local markets.
